group workshops

Small group classes offer individuals a chance to dive deeper into multiple topics an in intimate setting. Classes are typically held for 4-6 weeks, lasting 45-60 minutes.  Each class will provide an engaging environment where instruction and feedback will be provided offering individuals with a greater opportunity for personalization. Topics can include; 

  • How to train and fuel throughout a woman’s cycle  

  • What we're putting into our body throughout the cycle (nutrition, hydration, supplements, HRT)

  • Perimenopause/Menopause, what is it, and how to flo, adapt and transform (for women)
